ARROWSQL

ArrowSQL is an extremely flexible and user-friendly integrated solution.  It is designed to satisfy the business requirements of most small to medium-sized businesses. 

ArrowSQL runs on a Microsoft SQL platform and is available in 2-user and multi-user options. 

ArrowSQL offers a friendly and easy to use interface.  Each user can have  multiple modules open at any one time whilst only being counted as a single user.

A number of financial and sales reports can be printed directly to Excel.  ArrowSQL data is easily accessed by the Microsoft suite of products such as Excel, Access and Word and report writing tools such as Crystal Reports using the standard Microsoft SQL driver.

ArrowSQL consists of the following components:

Modules

Cashbook provides Cash Management functions such as Bank Reconciliations and Cash Flow reports
Debtors monitors Customer movements, including sales, credits and provides flexible credit control functions
Stock provides Inventory control functions such as reorder reports, price lists and stock valuations
Creditors monitors Supplier accounts enabling payments to be made and account balances easily reconciled
General Ledger consolidates all the modules and enables financial reports to be generated
Payroll (Aus only) provides Payroll functions including monitoring leave accruals and printing of Payment Summaries
Sales Orders provides order and shipment control functions including the ability to enter quotations
Purchase Orders provides ability to generate orders based upon either inventory levels or sales order demands
Bill of Materials provides production control functions
Fixed Assets provides asset control and is able to calculate depreciation
Foreign Currency provides the ability to enter either sales or purchase orders in foreign currency, handle currency exchange and maintain foreign bank accounts

 

Options

Security enables security levels to be developed restricting access to users in certain areas
Multi-Location Stock provides the facility to maintain multiple warehouses
Multi-Company provides the ability to use ArrowSQL for more than one business entity
Special Pricing enables detailed pricing to be configured for individual customers and stock items including quantity breaks
Serial Batch Tracking enables the ability to track serial, batch or roll numbers
Advanced Forms Printing allows users to design forms and also provides the functionality to fax and email those forms directly
Advanced Sales Analysis provides additional sales reports
Data Transfer allows data to be transferred to/from remote sites that have their own copy of the software
Front Counter provides the ability to process cash or account counter sales.  Payment methods include cheque, cash or credit card.
