ArrowSAM
ArrowSAM offers ArrowSQL users a centralised sales
and management tool that is web-based. ArrowSAM is therefore
easily accessible by management, sales and customer service teams from a
web browser where ever they happen to be located.

Advanced information fields
Additional fields are available that can be tailored
to business and customer requirements. There are up to 16 user
defined fields available to be customised as per users requirements (4
alphanumeric, 4 numeric, 4 date and 4 yes/no flags). For example,
you can add a field to denote the anniversary of a customer's first
purchase, or their birthday, etc...
