Stock Catalogues
Any or all stock items can be published in the stock
catalogue, allowing customers to browse the items available. Stock
levels can also be included if required, either by specifying the actual
amount available, or by specifying levels as "low" and 'high".
Product details and graphics can also be included so customers can see
and read more about products before ordering.
A number of searching functions are also available,
within the catalogue allowing customers to easily find the products they
are searching for.
On-Line Order Entry
Customers can place the items they wish to purchase into
their shopping cart. Any number of items can be included in the
shopping cart. Items may be viewed and amended before the order is
confirmed. When customers order, freight costs can be
automatically calculated based upon minimum charges or any additional
freight surcharges.
Individual customer accounts can be restricted by
payment and/or credit limits. If a customer tries to send create
an order which exceeds their credit limit, a warning is sent to the
customer.
Customer Account Inquiry
Customers may view their account balances and monitor
their transaction details if their security level allows for this
function. They may drill down on invoices to view the lines and
then add lines previously ordered to their current shopping cart.
Order Status Inquiry
Customers can also monitor the progress of their orders.
There is also the facility to view a complete purchase history.
Credit Card Payment
Current and past orders can paid online by credit card.
Once all updating has been completed after the customer has
"checked-out", their outstanding balance is instantly updated in
ArrowSQL.
ArrowShop also offers solid security and flexible to
ArrowSQL users.
Customer Account Login
Account logins can be created for individual customer
staff members, thus allowing different security levels for each
individual. For instance, the purchasing officer may be able to
create orders in ArrowShop but not have access to the Customer Account
Inquiry functions.
Online User Registration
New customers may also be able to register and enter
orders, if it is required.
